Manual Machinist (1st Shift) We are looking for a Manual Machinist to join our EST team! Full-time or part-time! You will be working from blueprints to machine critical components for the Nuclear/Oil and Gas industry. You will manufacture and inspect detailed parts and tools from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and verbal instructions using a variety of machining tools and equipment (lathes, mills, and other machining equipment) and using mathematical and geometrical calculations. You will also determine how to set up machines based on instructions received and perform minor repairs of equipment. Location : Hatfield, PA Responsibilities: Perform routine and semi-routine assignment planning, layout, set up, operating and making tool adjustments for various types of manual, numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipment. Work from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions. Check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances and may identify and repair minor machine malfunctions. Keep work area clean and free from safety hazards and to maintain acceptable quality and efficiency level. Prove out CNC programs when required. What You Bring: 2+ years of relevant experience. High School diploma or equivalent required. Strong knowledge of CNC equipment is required. Capable of applying inspection techniques and equipment used required.
