We are working with our client who are an Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer based in the North East of England. We are assisting the client in the search for a CNC Turner on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for setting, programming, and operating machines to produce products of the required quality standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
Programming and operating machines to produce products to required tolerances and specifications Using a range of materials including Non-Ferrous, Aluminium, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium Using a variety of measuring equipment such as micrometres, verniers, plug gauges, screw plugs, and ring gauges Increasing your knowledge and training on other machining processes Person Specification
A time-served CNC Machinist with relevant turning experience FANUC or Mazatrol setting/programming experience Experience of working in a CNC Machining/Industrial Engineering environment Willingness to learn, pass on knowledge, and train others Flexible in their approach and willing to do overtime when required to suit customer requirements Benefits
GBP36k-GBP45k annual salary Day shift (the option of night shift is available, although not immediately, plus a shift allowance) Pension 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Paid overtime
