Permanent Role - Time Served Mechanics Accepted Shift: Negotiable Salary: £18ph-£21ph (depending on experience and skills) Example OTE: (based on £21 per hour, at 45 hours per week): £49,140 PA Silver Arrow are currently recruiting for an HGV Mechanic to work for our client based in Bishop's Stortford on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading company, with excellent working conditions and benefits. Your Role: Carry out planned inspections and servicing as and when they occur. Accurately report and record work done and tests carried out, including immediately reporting any further work required or vehicle faults. Provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. Comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures. What we need from you: Must have 3+ years' experience in HGV mechanics. Workshop experience is essential. Experience working with HGVs. You will need to have a positive 'can do' attitude and great communication skills. Full Clean Driving Licence. HGV licence preferable.
