Duties
Carry out all aspects of plumbing work on maintenance, repairs, and construction projects to Council dwellings, schools, and public buildings. Install central heating systems, solid fuel boilers, sink units, water closets, baths, showers, and wash basins. Renew external gutters, fall pipes, and soil stacks where necessary. Renew and repair external water services and stop cocks. Carry out adaptations works. Qualifications & Experience
Previous works in Social Housing. NVQ level 2 in plumbing as a minimum. CSCS Card. Full UK drivers license. Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS prior to starting.
