My client is a leading Shopfitting company specializing in high-quality shopfitting services across various retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship, we are looking for a skilled Shopfitting Joiner to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Shopfitting Joiner, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and finishing of bespoke fixtures, fittings, and furniture for a range of shopfitting projects. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that all work meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and fit wood and other materials to create shopfitting components. Install and finish joinery items including cabinets, counters, shelving, and other bespoke fixtures. Work from technical drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and precision. Liaise with site managers, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Travel to various job sites as required, with occasional overnight stays depending on project location.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Joiner, with a focus on shopfitting. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different tasks. Valid Driver's License/CSCS Card (as applicable).

Desirable: Experience with bespoke joinery in retail or commercial environments. Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
