CNC Milling Operator
Location: Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland Salary: £12-£16 per hour (DOE) Working Hours:Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Fridays 8am - 1.30pm
We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our client, a leading precision engineering company. This role is ideal for those with experience in CNC Milling, particularly with 3/5 axis milling centres. You will be responsible for ensuring machines run efficiently and produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Milling Machines according to production schedules, ensuring maximum capacity. Correctly clamp and set up component parts to prevent machining issues. Machine components to specifications, ensuring accurate tolerances. Conduct quality checks as outlined in job packages. Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Health & Safety regulations. Ensure compliance with AS 9100, ISO 9001, and SC21 standards. Desirable Skills:
2-3 years' experience with 3/5 axis milling centres (HAAS/DMG). Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling. Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills. Personality Requirements:
Positive attitude, responsible, and conscientious. Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills. Comfortable in a team environment. Benefits:
