As a Sales Administrator, you will handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure efficient sales administration. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work to strict deadlines will be highly valued.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales:

Respond promptly to sales enquiries via calls and emails, ensuring all actions are followed up diligently. Prepare quotations in accordance with company pricing structures. Undertake sales administration tasks such as raising purchase orders and filing documents. Liaise with transport partners to schedule collections and deliveries.

Customer Service:

Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, involving other departments when necessary. Assist in generating data reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Regularly check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

Systems & Procedures:

Accurately record and update customer interactions and account information in company systems. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies. Adhere to the principles of GDPR when processing personal data.

What Do You Need To Be Successful?

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous sales administration experience, preferably within the waste industry. Familiarity with business-to-business settings is advantageous. A valid driving licence is required.
