About the Mortgage Sales Manager Role In this highly varied and strategic position, you’ll work alongside senior management to increase revenue and enhance relationships with both existing and new business partners. This role requires someone who can lead by example, adapt to challenges, and seize opportunities to grow the business across multiple fronts. Mortgage Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and support existing staff, including mortgage advisors and admin teams. Maintain and strengthen relationships with estate agent partners and improve processes within their businesses. Source new lead opportunities, onboard new estate agents, and recruit top mortgage advisors nationally. Promote and implement cutting-edge technology within the group and across partner businesses. Lead the expansion of new commercial ventures within the group, including the growth of internal partnerships. Enhance communication and engagement with all key partnerships to foster long-term success. The Mortgage Sales Manager Package Salary:

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum + uncapped bonus structure Bonus:

Generous performance-based bonuses 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible hybrid working arrangements Company pension scheme Mortgage Sales Manager Skills and Experience Required CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential Proven experience in sales management within the mortgage or financial services sector Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships Innovative mindset with the ability to implement and promote new technologies Full, clean UK driving license Why Apply?
