Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and hands-on individual who will lead this brand, project manage the launch, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, whilst helping to support the marketing of this new venture.

You will need a desire to win new business, build and develop this brand with strong leadership as well as securing long-term relationships with new customers. This truly is a fabulous opportunity to join a growing, innovative business and make your mark.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of the brand to market, to create sales and longevity of the brand.

Analyse market trends and complete competitor analysis and activities, to drive growth and opportunities to maximise sales.

Commercially focused - enthusiasm to nurture and build client relationships, with excellent negotiation skills.

Analysing and reporting on success of campaigns to maintain growth.

Assist the team with the Project Management of the concept to launch and beyond of this new brand.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with the key target audience and align with the brand's values and business objectives.

Collaborate with internal team members to drive and expand the brand – including NPD, operations, supply chain – to align marketing efforts and overall business objectives and strategies.

Ability to produce financial and volume forecasts, projecting sales figures.

Support and liaise at shows and events when needed.

Work hard, find new clients with a beautiful new brand and drive growth through building new relationships.

Personal Profile

3+ years of experience in a sales/commercial role.

Ideally someone who has worked with branded food and/or the hotel market.

Have a real understanding of branded products and route to market with demonstrable success.

Proven track record of managing accounts, driving growth and new opportunities.

Motivational, enthusiastic leader with ownership of the brand, its values and clients.

Outstanding organisational skills, responding effectively to deadlines and key milestones.

Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and team leadership experience, meeting key targets while maintaining strategic focus.

Outstanding presenting and influencing skills.

Confident, proactive, and a results-driven mindset.

A problem solver with good judgement, with the ability to prioritise.

Ability and ambition to build exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and techniques.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full clean driving license.

Package

Up to £43,000 per annum.

25 days holiday excluding bank holidays.
