Sales Support Administrator

to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations and enabling the Sales Executives to achieve their goals. You will be the backbone of the sales team, providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and helping streamline sales processes. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and presentations. Assist in the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.

Customer Assistance

Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative. Support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience. Monitor and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion. Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach campaigns with sales efforts. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management review.

Collaboration and Communication

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Gather and relay market insights and customer feedback to help refine Kasha’s offerings.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B industries. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Passion for supporting small businesses and independent professionals. What We Offer
