What you would do as our Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for generating customer quotations; liaising with Engineers to ensure the quotation is accurate and following up the quotation with the customer.

You would also:

Perform a daily process and audit of engineers’ quotations, issuing and then following them up.

Chase outstanding quotations to convert to order.

Work with the external sales team and passing over all relevant leads/enquiries.

Achieve specified growth and conversion targets set as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience of working within a customer service function and is customer focused.

Is able to prioritise workload and apply flexibility where needed.

Has knowledge and experience of dealing with end users; builders and contractors.

Has excellent MS office and systems experience.

Has strong attention to detail is key to help deliver practical solutions and overcome challenges.
