The Role Title: Contact Centre Support Salary: £23,400 + bonus Progression: We would expect any successful candidate to typically be promoted to an Online sales executive within 6-12 months. Once promoted earning potentially would increase to an OTE £50k. Location: Office based in Derby Hours: 37.5 Days: 5 across the 7 (Alternate weekend days) What will you be getting up to? As the Contact Centre Support team, we aim to do exactly that… support! Our Contact Centre Support team is a multi-departmental team which provides support to our Sales team, Customer Care team, and Delivery team. This involves offering specialized and dedicated support to our customers throughout their buying experience by assisting them with the completion of their purchase and any issues they may have post-collection. The Contact Centre team ensures that every customer order has been processed correctly to provide our customers with the most positive and stress-free collection or delivery experience while being on hand to handle post-collection interactions with compassion and understanding. We aim to resolve any issues and capture any feedback our customers might have so we can continue to offer unrivalled levels of customer service. Our Contact Centre is a fast-paced environment and a great place to absorb a wealth of knowledge from the business. You will interact with a wide variety of colleagues from all areas of the organization. In order to ensure our team is well-versed in the Sales, Delivery, and Customer Care processes, you will spend extended periods of time with all teams learning about how to handle pre and post-collection issues. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to identify the correct route of resolution and keep our customers updated throughout. This involves liaising with third parties, ensuring that any customer contact is logged compliantly and updated accordingly. What do we need from you? Call centre/telephone experience is highly desirable as this will be your primary form of communication with both customers and colleagues; however, we will provide you with all the training you need to ensure you are successful in this role.
