Increase sales revenue and margin via inbound and outbound calls & proactive account management. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI sales targets. Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities. Handle customer dissatisfaction correspondence and find a solution within an agreed remit. Attend and participate in training days and promotional vendor days. Create and submit weekly KPI reporting, focusing on the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of sales activity, not just the quantity. Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills, analysis of performance, trend data and generation of reports. Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads. Excellent written and verbal communication, along with excellent interpersonal skills. 2 – 3 years account management experience. Previous experience as a dental nurse or practice manager would be advantageous, but not essential. What we Offer
