We’re on the lookout for a talented Marketplace specialist to join our client's driven fast-paced internal marketing team as a Marketplace Manager. Work and coordinate with the E-commerce Manager and Buying Director to agree on the strategy, implement, and operate the company's brands on third-party direct eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, and other UK-based marketplaces. Deliver the sales targets on these marketplaces as agreed. Key Responsibilities:

Source, agree, and develop new marketplaces Selecting/sourcing/forecasting appropriate products for each marketplace to maximize sales potential Pricing products ensuring that the margins are maintained as agreed with the Buying Director Be responsible for all promotional activity within the relevant marketplace Liaise with agency on the management side Liaise with marketplaces as required for marketing purposes Liaise internally with key operational stakeholders Work closely with the entire eCommerce team ensuring all are fully informed of planned trading calendar initiatives Work closely with CS on ensuring customer satisfaction ratings are maintained in the key platforms Work closely with the logistics team to ensure delivery propositions are current and competitive on the platforms Work with the Creative team to ensure creative direction and styling is on-brand and suitable for all platforms Skills and Qualifications:

Motivated self-starter Entrepreneurial outlook Competent on Excel Stock management experience Pricing management experience Margin analysis, merchandising & WSSI’s Management to senior management level Good project management and communication skills An eye for online retail – i.e. promotions / niche product sourcing ideas, etc. A good understanding of the e-commerce channel and metrics e.g. customer lifetime value, average order value, etc. Key Attributes:
