Full time, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm My client is a dynamic and diverse rural estate, operating at the forefront of modern land management techniques while respecting the history of the land. We are recruiting for the position of Property Portfolio Coordinator to work with the Property Manager in managing a portfolio of residential properties. This is an exceptional opportunity to work client-side. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly professional individual with a passion for working in an entrepreneurial family business. As Property Portfolio Coordinator, you will work in-house for the property division and play a key client-side, customer-facing role, assisting with the management and delivery of all commercial and residential lettings, property management, and maintenance coordination, involving over 200 properties. This role is 100% office based in well-equipped and comfortable offices located 10 minutes north of Hertford. You will need to be able to drive and have your own transport to reach the location and travel around the estate. Responsibilities: Lettings, Rent Reviews, Renewals and Tenant Liaison: Prepare listings of properties and conduct viewings Review tenant applications Conduct tenancy checks and inventory inspections Maintain an excellent standard of tenant liaison Property Maintenance: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries Liaise with internal and external trades to arrange works Prioritize work as necessary Schedule statutory inspections and certifications Essential Requirements: 2 years of property/lettings management experience Proficient knowledge and experience of applicable legislation, regulations, procedures, and best practices related to residential property and lettings management Excellent communication and negotiation skills A current driving licence A positive approach to overcoming challenges Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Grosvenor Propman Understanding of common building defects and repairs Experience in commercial property management Experience working on a rural estate Project management experience Aside from the remuneration package, the estate offers generous employment policies and champions professional development and learning.
