About you: As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our marketing strategy. Your focus will be on optimising the use of various marketing channels to drive sales and increase brand and product visibility for Acteol, which includes our hospitality CRM and Wireless Social (Wi-Fi) solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams in marketing, propositions, and operations to create a tactical plan that supports business growth, customer retention, and loyalty. To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of the hospitality sector (B2C), along with experience in tools and techniques that foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits. Your insights and strategies will be vital in helping us achieve our goals and serve our diverse clientele effectively. Day-to-day, you will: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies that align with target personas and sales objectives to drive revenue growth. Design and manage engaging campaigns that enhance customer interaction throughout their lifecycle, boosting conversion rates and sales velocity. Collaborate with content, sales development, and account management teams to ensure effective campaign execution across inbound and outbound channels, including digital advertising and social media. Utilise marketing automation and analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Your skills and experiences might also include: Strong expertise in the hospitality market is essential, with a focus on customer journey planning and mapping. Proven CRM experience is required to effectively manage customer relationships. Ability to analyse and optimise marketing activities to support informed decision-making. Excellent decision-making skills to prioritise activities for maximum impact and results-driven performance. What are we all about?
