Mid-Senior Motion Designer
We’re looking for a mid-senior motion designer to create meaningful, moving content. The Role You'll have the skills and experience to produce great work that resonates with audiences. We’re not just looking for great technique and proficiency with tools (that’s a given) but for someone who truly enjoys communicating through their work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for discovering the idea, hook, or moving element that makes the work impactful. Stirring emotion, challenging perception, and inspiring positive change are key aspects of this role. About Us TMG is a creative production studio for individuals and brands that want to move forward. We create films, animations, campaigns, and content designed to engage and inspire. Our hyper curiosity, fierce optimism, and gentle tenacity drive us to produce work we can be proud of, and that our clients love. Type & Location This is a full-time role based at our studio in Radcliffe-On-Trent, Nottingham, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week. Salary: £35K - £45K dependent on experience. Role Responsibilities Work closely with the senior creative team, taking briefs and crafting concepts. Storyboard, from quick scamps to detailed final frames. Collaborate with the wider TMG teams to enhance the quality of work. Contribute to the design and visual direction of branding projects. Design and animate engaging, emotive animations, graphics, and visual effects for ad campaigns, social media content, presentations, and more. Suggest and demonstrate best practices and innovative workflows. Stay updated with current design trends, benchmarks, and industry developments, bringing new ideas to the table. Utilize your experience and ideas to enhance our creative process. Present work internally and occasionally externally. Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and targets.
