Keep Projects Flowing Smoothly: Take charge of incoming creative requests, match them with the right team members, and keep everything moving toward deadlines. Spot bottlenecks early and jump in with solutions before delays happen. Simplify and Supercharge Workflows: Set up streamlined processes in the project management platform that boost team collaboration. Create custom dashboards, automations, and reports to make tracking progress and capacity a breeze. Train the team to get the most out of the tools. Prioritise and Balance Workload: Collaborate with creative leads to tackle the most impactful projects first. Make sure the workload is distributed fairly, keeping the team productive and burnout-free. Be the Bridge for Stakeholders: Serve as the go-to link between the creative team and departments like marketing, product, and sales. Keep everyone on the same page with clear updates, regular check-ins, and transparent timelines. Measure and Improve Performance: Track key metrics to see what’s working and what isn’t. Share insights and actionable data with leadership to keep the team delivering their best. Some of the skills we’re looking for:

3-5 years of experience within a marketing, creative, or advertising studio. Proven track record of managing traffic and workflows in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management software (example Monday.com) is essential, including the ability to set up complex workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards. Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative development processes, and resource management. Ability to communicate effectively with both creative professionals and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project timelines and priorities.
