About the role The successful candidate will be part of a small in-house Design Team, working within a large international Marketing team. Reporting to the Design & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for producing visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. You will have a passion for video production and digital tools and will be responsible for creating innovative designs for a wide range of multimedia platforms, digital and print; including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, exhibitions, and other marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and creative solutions for various projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital assets, packaging, and signage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective and engaging multimedia content. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Create engaging multimedia projects including video/animations to support marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies to continuously improve and evolve multimedia offerings. Qualifications/ Skills/ Attributes: Essential: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and particularly Video Production (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio demonstrating skills and creativity in video production and graphic design. Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography. Genuine team player with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft programmes (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Desirable: 2 years of employment experience in graphic design, this could be in a business/marketing or agency setting. Experience in 3D rendering (KeyShot or similar).
