Thrive is currently seeking a Communications Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who possess the ability to simplify complex information for various audiences, both in written and verbal forms, without resorting to jargon. Candidates should be adept at identifying key messages, understanding their audience, and choosing the appropriate channels and tones for communication. The position welcomes those who are quick learners, inherently curious, and unafraid of facing new challenges. Additionally, applicants should value independence, flexibility, and learning from failures. This fixed-term contract concludes on 4th July 2025, with a salary range of £21,250 to £28,750. The role requires a 37.5-hour work week, with a minimum of three office-based days.
