Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Hard Rock Cafe

Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Cafe Sales & Marketing team while taking ownership of specific initiatives to drive sales. Hard Rock Cafe is looking for someone who wants to work in a fun, energetic, and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Assist with ongoing projects and support the Sales and Marketing Managers on execution of events / brand activations Actively engage in the Tour & Travel industry and proactively lead Tour Guide & Concierge Programme Partner with Sales & Marketing Manager in prospecting calls to Corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers, and previous bookings Assist in execution and attend buyouts, functions, and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business Attend / facilitate trade shows and networking events Work with the Sales & Marketing Assistant, handling incoming inquiries via telephone and email, managing our reservation systems Open Table and Sales Force, and coordinating the full cycle of group bookings – from proposals through to payments Create function sheets, liaise with our operations and finance team, maintain sales databases, and handle reporting Experience and understanding of digital platforms Hospitality and CRM knowledge is a bonus Presentation of a professional image to guests, clients, and potential function coordinators Possession of a take-charge attitude tempered with diplomacy Ability to work independently while ensuring that managers and/or clients possess the pertinent information for the execution of a successful event Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent reading and writing Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required Must have a valid EU work permit to work in this location About Hard Rock Cafe:
