With a variety of locations, from bustling retail venues to lively community fairs, no two days are the same in this diverse and fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities: Support the seamless execution of promotional events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Engage with event attendees to promote products and drive sales, providing information and addressing inquiries with a professional and enthusiastic approach. Prepare, organise, and distribute promotional materials to maximise event success. Assist with event setup, including arranging decorations, signage, and product displays to create an inviting and engaging atmosphere. Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and team members. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to thrive in fast-paced event environments. Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient event planning and reporting. Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or sales is a plus but not required.
