As the Lead Contract Support, you'll play a crucial role in the following: Provide leadership and guidance to the Contract Support team. Take responsibility for the management and monitoring of reactive, remedial, and PPM jobs logged. Ensure all necessary electronic and paper records, including timesheets, are completed by the team in a timely manner to meet internal and customer deadlines. Attend meetings regarding financial performance, invoicing, customer service, and helpdesk. What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Lead Contract Support, you'll bring the following skills and experience: Experience in a Lead Contract Support role. Knowledge of the FM sector.
