We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our passionate and expanding web team.

As a graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, designing, and executing visually stunning designs across our full range of services. From branding, packaging design and catalogue production, to cross-channel advertising campaigns and marketing collateral, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and work on projects that make a real impact. This role is suited for someone who has a passion for design, who loves working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. Full-time Hybrid

(Minimum of 2 days a week at our Retford location) Salary:

Dependent on experience Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for: Managing design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality Creating visually appealing and innovative designs for a variety of projects including branding, catalogues, packaging, and advertising campaigns Working with both print and digital assets Working closely with clients and in-house teams to develop and maintain brand consistency across all project deliverables Incorporating feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to continually improve the quality and efficiency of your work Collaborating with our in-house teams to generate new ideas and concepts Minimum Requirements

To be considered, the successful candidate should have: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Skills in animation and After Effects are highly desirable) Proven track record in delivering innovative graphic design projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality A strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients Attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome challenges creatively and efficiently Company benefits
