Job Description

Our client is a leading experiential events & brand activation agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store events and demonstrations for Tesco, Boots, and Superdrug, working directly with supplier brands (such as Mondelēz, Coca-Cola, and Unilever). The focus of the role will be to deliver large-scale live brand experience campaigns both at store level and out-of-home. You will be responsible for leading the project management and production of campaigns through creation, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation. You will be based in their Maidenhead office, with visits to the site for planning and implementation purposes, warehouses for logistics, and on-site at the activations, representing all Campaign Management teams and the client. Senior Event Producer Responsibilities Include: Oversee large-scale events where multiple logistical and creative components are key and ensure the smooth running and communication between Creative and Campaign teams. Work with the Campaign team, Creative Department, and suppliers to respond to client briefs and establish a clear project plan for the campaign in relation to build and production. Contribute to client budgets and monitor budget performance to ensure company margins are achievable (hard costs and time budgets). Create tailored timelines for projects and track throughout, flagging delays to the Campaign and Creative teams. Assist in writing coherent briefs for relevant internal departments, including Creative, Design, Content, Technical, and Production to ensure clear instructions are shared with teams. Create and maintain a detailed scope of work for production elements that sets out the agreed tasks and deliverables. Manage Suppliers and Crew who will be on-site at events, managing the delivery of the event - ensuring that schedules are adhered to, suppliers are signed off, and paperwork is complete. Senior Event Producer Requirements: At least 3-4+ years of Event Account Management / Production experience. Flexible, able to attend sites nationwide and work unsociable hours with time in lieu / overtime provided. Strong project management experience with the ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple suppliers. Have a background in agency - experiential, live events. Awareness of the retail environment, specifically FMCG. High level of IT literacy including the ability to analyze data, use spreadsheets, and produce reports.
