What you'll be responsible for: Data:

As the powerhouse behind our data strategy, you'll manage and integrate data from Shopify, Hubspot, and social (just to name a few) in order to paint a full picture of our marketing performance. Your insights will guide strategic decisions that lead to our marketing team's success across all platforms. Campaign Management:

You'll work with our team of specialists to use your data insights to inform our campaign calendar, crafting compelling personalized campaigns targeted for impact. Performance:

From social media ads to email campaigns, you’ll ensure every campaign you deliver is optimized for success. You'll critically analyze the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimize and facilitating changes to hit and exceed KPIs. Insight:

New marketing trends? Changing customer desires? New algorithms that drive campaign success? You'll be our resident know-it-all, and we'll love you for your uncanny ability to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve. Integrations & Setup:

Yes, our customer might start on Typeform or through a Hubspot email campaign, but that journey through to sale? You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless journey, ensuring that our customer journeys, conversion paths, and our channels are optimized for driving sales & engagement. Workflow Automation:

You'll be creating workflows to automate tasks such as lead nurturing, deal stage updates, customer onboarding & unlocking the true power of HubSpot. Reporting:

You're all about knowledge sharing, meaning you'll be producing reports that not only showcase our Marketing team's achievements but also highlight opportunities for optimization. You'll build custom, live dashboards to monitor key metrics and our marketing performance, enabling us to understand both our forecasts and our actual outcomes. Collaboration:

You'll work with our marketing & sales teams to suggest actionable tactics and strategies to power further growth. Qualifications

What you'll bring to the table: A proven, successful background in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in navigating the currents of digital marketing, with a solid understanding of Shopify, Hubspot, and social media analytics. Exposure to marketing analytics and an awareness of measurement methods and challenges for marketing. An analytical mind with great problem-solving skills and a love of numbers. Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude to make a difference and drive impact. The ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues. Experience delivering in a high-performing, data-driven analytics to support marketing campaigns. A hunger to learn, natural curiosity, and a keen eye for detail. A strong sense of ownership and highly organized nature. Additional Information
