The Role
We're looking for a
Communications Manager
to help shape and execute a communications strategy that will inform, inspire, and engage our people and clients across the globe. Reporting to the
Head of Global Marketing , you'll lead key communication initiatives, support business transformation, and drive cultural change. You'll work closely with leaders to craft impactful messaging, manage internal and external communication channels, and create dynamic content for platforms like
LinkedIn ,
Viva Engage , and more.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and implementing a comprehensive
communications strategy . Creating engaging materials to support our people, clients, and business objectives. Managing regular communication channels, including email newsletters, social media, webinars, and meetings. Advising leaders on effective communication techniques for
LinkedIn ,
video content , and internal platforms. Supporting strategic initiatives, including transformation projects and cultural change campaigns. Promoting and embedding the use of digital tools like
Viva Engage . Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and events. Measuring and refining communication efforts to ensure relevance and impact.
About You
You're an enthusiastic communicator with a proven ability to connect with diverse audiences. With a knack for storytelling and a strong eye for detail, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What We're Looking For : A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, or Journalism). At least
3 years of experience
in a communication-related role. Outstanding writing skills and a keen understanding of
B2B social media . Proficiency in
Microsoft 365
and experience with tools like
Adobe Creative Cloud ,
Canva , and
email marketing software
(e.g., HubSpot, Poppulo). Strong organizational and project management skills. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to inspire change.
