The office administrator will play a pivotal role providing timely and effective administrative support to the Sales, Service and Distribution teams including administrative / clerical support, document processing, record keeping and marketing functions. The incumbent must be comfortable making and receiving calls along with dealing with customers and be confident using Microsoft Windows, CRM and ERP to manage our customer data and track quotations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the service team by liaising with customers, booking in work, processing work orders, providing quotes to customers and collecting/processing payments. Assist with processing spare part orders. Assist the sales team by providing accurate quotes and processing orders through utilising the ERP system. Support the sales team ensuring prospects and leads are captured and managed effectively to generate opportunities and sales. Build rapport with customers and provide, efficient and effective levels of customer service. Any other general administrative duties as required to support all facets of the business such as booking and receiving consignments including imports and exports. Generating reports for the managers, filing, archiving. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
