The Role You will be responsible for client strategy development, planning, implementing and managing the overall paid social strategies and performance. You will be passionate and excited about achieving success for B2B and B2C clients, understanding audiences, and coming up with new and innovative ideas using data and insights to drive your campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, optimisation, and analysis of your assigned accounts. As well as this, mentorship & support to the other members of the team is an integral part of this role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and sales across all key social channels. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and junior members of the Digital team, you will help to ensure we are delivering best-in-class campaigns for our clients and building successful client relationships. As a Lead role in Paid Social, your knowledge and experience will be valuable to other members of the team. It’s key that this experience is shared in a mentoring capacity, including regular opportunities to ensure all campaigns (with Paid Social) are achieving optimum results. We’d also value your input on establishing new ways of working for the digital team as well as keeping abreast of emerging trends within social media. Highlights of the role Providing mentorship and guidance to direct reports to improve their outputs. Overseeing performance of the paid social team, setting KPIs and ensuring outputs are of an excellent standard. Work with clients to set KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements. Assisting / Contributing with client communication including pitches and performance calls. What does success look like? Develop and implementation of paid social strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Execute day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Developing and presenting detailed social advertising plans backed by data and industry. Prioritising own workload. Conducting competitor research. Creating client reassurance and building strong relationships. Keeping clients informed of campaign performance and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have… At least 4/5+ years of relevant experience. Meta Blueprint qualification. Strong work ethic, a passion for digital marketing and continuous self learning. Agency experience is desirable, but not essential.
