TBC We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities: Maximising sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows. Ensuring that stock density is maintained and regular rotation of stock is carried out. Obtaining maximum realistic prices on donated items, in accordance with charity guidelines. Maximising Gift Aid income from donated goods while providing excellent customer service. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas.
