Everyone here feels part of our success story, which has grown over the years. Clinisupplies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bridgwater. If you are passionate about providing life-changing products and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the role for you. As part of our growing team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth of consumer retention and product/service acquisition. You’ll provide exceptional support through outbound calls and marketing campaigns, helping customers feel confident and informed about the products they need to manage their condition. Your performance in this role will contribute to top-line revenue growth, as you will be influencing our consumer retention level, product acquisition, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Build and develop initial relationships with consumers. Qualify potential sales opportunities via telephone and email. Follow up on leads and develop new sales opportunities. Upsell products and services to existing and potential customers. Explain and demonstrate product features and functions. Manage a portfolio of leads from various sources, optimising business opportunities. Use commercial acumen to nurture leads and drive sales. Respond to customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide additional information. Win back inactive customers through telesales. Meet monthly outbound call targets, sales goals, and KPIs. Collaborate with market managers, Consumer Service, and the Inside Sales team to exceed sales and efficiency targets. Stay up to date with product knowledge and updates. Maintain accurate records of activities in SAP CRM and keep lead databases updated. Experience & Skills Required Experience in a telephone-based customer service role, handling multiple calls and emails. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal communication and active listening. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficient in using multiple systems at once. Experience in medical or clinical settings is a plus.
