Role Profile The Sales Administrator will be responsible for being the interface between Sales, Operations, and our customers, ensuring that all new and additional work required by customers is set up accurately in the Citron systems. This will enable the operations team to deliver and the finance team to invoice and collect. This role includes but is not limited to the inputting of customer data and orders, and coordinating operational services work to ensure that the operational teams can plan their installs, removals, and repairs on washroom equipment to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer focus and ownership throughout the business to ensure the speedy resolution of customer queries. Proactively communicate with both the customer and Citron Sales Teams to drive accuracy and compliance in all orders processed on our system prior to install and invoicing. Pay key attention to detail ensuring all data inputted is accurate, specifically when completing tasks such as order creation, customer details, customer account creation, and invoicing. Consistently follow the business process when updating business systems and records to ensure customer details are kept accurate and up to date. Take full ownership of all technical services work planning to ensure all relevant work is arranged as per customer specifications. Drive excellent customer service through the consistent management of these installs, repairs, and removals. Proactively communicate with all Technical Services Engineers to ensure that all customer queries and requests are resolved in a timely manner and to their satisfaction. Highlight any areas of non-compliance to the appropriate Business Managers so that these can be managed consistently. Build strong relationships with all colleagues and internal customers to ensure that all external customers experience excellent levels of service. Achieve the agreed administration KPIs and standards set. Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

Administration experience in a Sales or Customer facing Contact Centre environment. Experience in the consistent use of different systems and Microsoft software packages. Ability to meet robust targets that focus on customer care and attention to detail. Desirable:

Knowledge of the washroom or consumable industry markets. Skills Required

Self-motivation and confidence. Critical thinking & gatekeeping techniques. Excellent communication skills – including written and verbal skills. Passionate about putting the customer first with a positive and friendly attitude. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy focus in all types of administration. Good organisational skills with a detailed and structured approach to work. Ability to appraise situations quickly and react accordingly, considering fluctuations in workload and deadlines. Ability to converse confidently with external and internal customers (i.e., speaking clearly, listening, comprehending, and interpreting). Ability to multi-task and be resilient in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
