What We’re Looking For:
Proven Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of experience in property sales and valuations.
Results-Oriented: Track record of listing properties and winning new business.
Strong Communicator: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Chelmsford property market is a bonus.
Ambition & Drive: A self-starter with a passion for exceeding targets.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct property valuations and provide tailored advice to clients.
Build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and the local community.
Follow up on warm leads and generate new opportunities.

Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
