- Birmingham, Brentwood, Colchester or Peterborough What You'll Be Doing : Quoting for New Business and sealing the deal Managing client relationships like a pro - in-person, by phone, or email Calculating premiums (mathletes, this is for you!) Ensuring clients know their options with clear and simple explanations Validating important docs like ID, claims history, and driving licenses Using CRM tools to track leads and smash targets Attending client meetings and identifying upselling opportunities What We're Looking For : A fantastic communicator who can demystify insurance jargon UK insurance market knowledge (trends, risks, and all that good stuff) Organisational wizard who knows how to prioritize A positive, enthusiastic team player with experience in broking or underwriting The Perks : Life Assurance - 4x annual salary Health Care Cash Plan - look after yourself! 25 days of annual leave
