About the Role: To drive the growth of vibratory products by managing their lifecycle, contributing to or developing competitive strategies, and collaborating with teams across Eriez. The Senior Product Sales Specialist role bridges customer needs with Eriez’ capabilities, ensuring successful promotion and sales. Responsibilities: Strategically manage, develop, and control the growth of vibratory products Lead the analysis of competitive product offerings and activities and provide strategic insights Spearhead the coordination of product requirement specifications, sales forecasts, and inventory control with Engineering and Manufacturing Develop and refine competitive pricing structures to maximize market share and profitability Lead and oversee all product introductions in coordination with the Global Product Team, ensuring alignment with company strategy Develop advanced product sales training programs and mentor junior specialists Collaborate at a strategic level with representatives, distributors, and end-users to create and execute high-impact sales programs Recommend and price highly complex equipment solutions for customer applications Act as the primary liaison and problem-solver between customers, field reps, and Eriez departments, handling the most challenging application issues Lead field representatives and distributors in high-profile sales calls and training initiatives Represent Eriez at Trade Shows and other key industry events, often as a lead spokesperson Manage and fulfill special design and specification requirements for high-value OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers Develop and drive sales strategies, order forecasts, and market development initiatives in partnership with Market Managers Oversee the creation and distribution of product documentation Author product and application news releases, technical papers, and conference presentations Provide expert-level application assistance, quoting, and customer support for assigned products Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the policies, products, pricing, etc., of all Eriez products Essential Criteria: Detail-oriented with an inquisitive mind Willingness to travel as and when required (expected 30%), sometimes at short notice Strong negotiation skills Proven presentation skills to individuals and groups Full UK driver's license Self-motivated and capable of using own initiative Strong commercial awareness Extensively computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Office, PowerPoint, Sage CRM) Desirable Criteria: Degree or Diploma in Business or Engineering discipline is preferable Experience of selling capital equipment would be advantageous Benefits: Annual salary from £45,000 26 days annual leave, rising to 30 days with service Employer pension contributions of up to 6% Private Healthcare (BUPA), subject to service Income Protection, subject to service Life Assurance Discounted shopping vouchers Tech Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme
