The role of Client Manager:
As client manager, you are likely to be a qualified accountant and will manage your own portfolio of business clients
Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
Providing business advice and servicing all clients accounting needs
Building strong ongoing relationships built on trust, respect and understanding
Providing holistic accounting and business advice to a wide range of clients
Meeting all filing deadlines in both accounts and tax compliance tasks
Manage WIP and client billing
Business development and networking
The successful accountant / Client Manager:
Qualified ACA or ACCA,or similar level experience
Experience with accounts preparation from incomplete records and trial balance to completion
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards
Experience with dealing with clients face to face
Knowledge of accounting software packages such as Iris, Xero and QBO
Able to create a personal experience for the client and buildrelationships
