Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new leads Develop existing and new accounts Arranging and booking appointments for the internal B2B Sales team Provide excellent level of customer service at all times Liaise with the sales and service team Deal with customer enquiries Explore new opportunities to drive sales Data management on CRM system
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven track record in telesales/internal sales experience Excellent verbal and written skills Demonstrate effective client relationship Proactive with a positive attitude and sales driven Outstanding customer service skills Professional telephone manner Proficient in Microsoft Office
