A

Sales Estimator

will play a pivotal role in the sales team, focusing primarily on a specific product group. In this position, you will handle customer enquiries, review CAD drawings, and provide detailed quotations for Tier 1 construction clients. You'll be responsible for managing project information on their CRM, tracking project progress, and maintaining strong communication with both the sales and project management teams. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of technical understanding and strong customer service skills. Your ability to quickly assess client needs and propose tailored solutions will be essential. Key Responsibilities

Responding to Enquiries: Efficiently manage incoming customer enquiries via email and phone, helping customers select suitable products. Quotation Preparation: Review CAD drawings and models to develop accurate quotations. Data Management: Enter and track project information and follow-up tasks on the CRM. Customer Relations: Follow up on quotes, manage CRM follow-up tasks, and build confidence in the product offerings through strong product knowledge and customer service. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive project momentum. Requirements

Technical Background:

Experience with construction drawings and models. Customer Service Skills:

Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers on the phone. Organisational Ability:

Strong ability to manage follow-up tasks and stay organised in a busy work environment. Computer Proficiency:

Experience with Microsoft Office apps and HubSpot (or similar CRM software). Personal Qualities:
