Supportive work environment with comprehensive training
Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays on a rotating basis (9:00am to 12:30pm)
In this role, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes, providing tailored product recommendations and preparing accurate estimates. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and benefit from a steady stream of qualified leads.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate measurements for customer projects
Provide tailored advice on product options to meet client needs
Prepare accurate quotes
Communicate with customers after the quotation stage to assist with any queries and secure the order
Address customer enquiries, both in person and via email
Ensure a smooth and customer focused sales process from start to finish
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, site visits and sales opportunities
Work closely with the installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers
Essential Skills/Competencies
Valid clean driving licence is essential (due to travelling to client sites)
Previous experience in sales
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in managing workloads
Effective time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
IT proficiency
Desirable
Background in home improvements, construction, or a similar field is advantageous
