The Thrift Store Worker provides service to customers, sorts incoming products, and assists in the maintenance of all store operations.
MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL ATTAINED:
The successful job applicant will have completed High School. NOTE: An alternative level of education and experience may be acceptable.
MINIMUM PRIOR RELATED EXPERIENCE:
The incumbent must have the following experience before hire: Up to three months of prior related experience.
PHYSICAL EFFORT/DEXTERITY REQUIRED:
The performance of the job requires continuously standing for long periods of time, frequent twisting, bending, crouching, reaching, reaching overhead, pushing and pulling, lifting, kneeling and entering data for transactions.
CONCENTRATION REQUIRED:
The performance of the job requires visual monitoring and frequently working with numbers.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Part Time (2 Positions) - 28 Hours per week. Eligible for Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, RRSP enrollment after 3 months. Store hours Monday to Saturday 10:00am - 5:30pm, No evenings, Closed Holidays.
