Marketing Manager (9 Month Fixed-Term-Contract) This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and premium establishment within Oxford and to be instrumental in the success of the Marketing team. This is a full-time role with 2/3 days in the office, on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities

This Marketing Manager role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to: Brand management and integration Project leadership Asset creation Stakeholder engagement Team coordination Reporting and analysis Rewards

To be successful in this role you will be a dynamic and organised brand marketing expert from a prestige brand or premium service offering background (not a product marketer). You will be confident and comfortable with creative direction (there will be graphic designers to do the work) and be experienced at dealing with agencies. You will have experience of creating a new website. You must have B2C Brand Marketing experience, from a travel or hospitality business or similar premium consumer brand. You will be able to influence and guide a small team, and you must have experience of project managing complex projects to budget and deadline and keeping things on track. As this is a senior level marketing role, you need to have solid experience of strategy marketing and be able to contribute to the strategy and execution of projects as a strategic thinker and leader. You must have solid leadership experience within a marketing function with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. Location

This is a full-time role with the opportunity for hybrid working and is a 9-month fixed-term contract. You must have the full right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position. You must be able to commit to the length of this contract. How to Apply
