Responsibilities of the Qualified Practice Manager Your day-to-day roles will include dispensing to all levels, pre-screening, and contact lens teaching. You will also be responsible for the overall running of the practice alongside the directors, which includes all back-office duties, KPI management, and people management.
Requirements of the Qualified Practice Manager Must be GOC registered. Must be a team player. Ideally, the Qualified Practice Manager should have independent experience and understand the importance of quality customer service and patient care, always ensuring they are going above and beyond for their patients and leading your team from the front.
Compensation for the Qualified Practice Manager For your efforts, a competitive salary of upwards of £35,000/£36,000+ monthly bonus is on offer, as well as GOC fees paid, a very appealing pension scheme, and 4 weeks holiday increasing by 1 per year to 5 weeks + bank holidays.
Store hours: Mon – Fri – 09:00- 17:30 with 1 hour lunch Sat- 09:00-16:30 No Sunday working or bank holidays.
