Providing support and on-going development to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff.
Delivering and monitoring Practice Targets and KPIs.
Managing the Clinical Governance systems and maintaining practice policies and audits.
Financial Management including: banking, authorising invoices, producing reports, P&L and working towards a budget and KPIs.
Ensure staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH.
Requirements
Qualifications/Experience: GCSEs or higher Certification. 2 years Management Experience. Desirables: CQC Manager Experience. GDC Registered. Ability to commute/relocate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Experience: Management: 1 year (required). Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required).
