As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead social media marketing, manage brand ambassador and influencer programs, and collaborate with key team members to drive impactful campaigns. Marketing Manager responsibilities: Social Media Leadership: Oversee the daily management of social platforms, ensuring content aligns with our brand’s voice and values. Work with the Social Media Assistant to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for better engagement. Influencer Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with influencers, secure collaborations, and track their impact on campaigns. Content Development: Partner with the PR & Content Manager to create compelling content strategies for organic posts, paid ads, and storytelling campaigns. Digital Strategy Execution: Design and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, grow engagement, and drive sales across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports for senior management, and recommend improvements based on insights. Brand Ambassador Management: Expand and oversee the ambassador program, fostering strong connections to enhance advocacy and visibility. Budget Oversight: Manage paid social campaigns within set budgets, ensuring efficient spending to maximize returns. Team Development: Support the Social Media Assistant’s growth by providing mentorship, feedback, and leadership. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the E-commerce team to align marketing efforts with online sales goals and campaigns. PR and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the PR team to integrate public relations initiatives into the overall digital strategy. Creative Direction: Coordinate the planning and execution of in-house photo and video shoots while encouraging user-generated content for marketing efforts. Skills & experience required: Skilled in creating engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. 3–5 years in digital marketing, ideally in health, beauty, or natural skincare. Great at coming up with fresh content ideas. Experienced in running influencer campaigns and ambassador programs. Strong at leading small teams and staying organized. Confident using analytics tools to track and improve performance
