About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic go-to-market plans. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, improving market positioning, and ensuring the success of product launches.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies to meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.
This role requires commuting to Chesterfield and flexibility to work at various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, proposition, sales and marketing, to ensure cohesive execution.
Identify target audiences and develop value propositions tailored to their needs.
Conduct market analysis to inform positioning and competitive strategy.
Drive marketing campaigns that boost revenue and market share.
Monitor and refine strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Support sales and customer support teams with training, tools, and resources for successful product launches.
Manage budgets and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Continuously refine and optimise go-to-market strategies based on data and feedback.
Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in marketing or product management.
Proven success in launching products and achieving growth targets.
Experience in technology or software environments is advantageous.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
