Cardiff, UK As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will: Be responsible for extending the B2B dashboard to provide more autonomy to clients. Be part of a team extending the internal CRM to aid the partner support team. Upgrade the stack. Consolidate build tools and write a new suite of tests. Translate a brief into a robust and well-architected system. Provide leadership and guidance for the developers tasked with the project. Ensure development best practices are followed (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews). Actively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients. What do we value? Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Training, coaching, and mentoring developers. Experience with Symfony or a similar framework. Experience with VueJS or similar. Strong understanding of MySQL and ORMs. Familiarity with integrating APIs and best working practices and documentation. Experience with build tools (Webpack or similar) and automated testing. Strong experience with GIT version control. Experience with HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with package managers (e.g., Composer/NPM). Comfortable working with existing codebases. Comfortable identifying and squashing bugs. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail. What do we offer?
