The role covers all aspects of the HR spectrum including, but not limited to, HR data analysis.

As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and gain hands-on experience.
You'll acquire new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work
Preparation of all regular reports and carry out data analysis for HR functions including: Monthly KPI dashboard Recruitment quarterly dashboard GES yearly report analysis Attrition analysis Health and safety analysis Adhoc reporting Maintain HR records, PO, and general affairs support Verifying accuracy of data Support on talent acquisition and talent management activities Support onboarding and employee engagement processes Work closely with the facility team to ensure health and safety guidelines are followed Adhoc responsibilities as required from management You will be dealing with the data that comes through the HR department at Nissan
