Marketing Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing our image, and elevating our profile within the industry. As a marketing generalist, you will craft and implement forward-thinking marketing strategies. We seek a creative, outside-the-box thinker who possesses a natural flair for staying ahead of the competition. You will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative of our brand and ensuring it stands out in a crowded marketplace.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing plans that align with our company objectives and brand vision. Create and manage high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content that reflect our luxury positioning. Coordinate and promote prestigious events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engage with key clients and stakeholders. Maintain and update the company website and social media channels, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth and differentiation. Lead the development of engaging email marketing campaigns, focusing on content creation and performance analytics. Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to gather technical information for meaningful marketing content. Manage marketing budgets and monitor expenses to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the luxury, shopfitting, or joinery sectors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
