We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager at Symetri Limited. Are you passionate about communication and want to play a key role in developing our business? POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a talented and motivated Internal Communications Manager to join our People and Communications team. As an Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for driving the initiatives around improving Symetri's internal communication. You will work autonomously while ensuring that our employees are well informed about our ongoing business and future ambitions. You will work closely with the management team and stakeholders from various departments to keep all employees well informed and motivated. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute an annual internal communications plan that aligns internal and executive messaging with the Symetri Way, our desired culture, the strategic initiatives, and our aspired market positioning. Cooperate with different company stakeholders and business unit leaders at all levels. Manage the company’s internal communications channels. Continue to drive the development and maintenance of the company intranet. Maintain the company editorial calendar. Produce communications materials: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications, including presentations, announcements, newsletters, news videos, and blog posts to be delivered across a variety of communications channels. Support leadership with communication and messaging. Employee Branding: Organise and facilitate employee engagement activities, workshops, and surveys. Organise company meetings and events. Stay up-to-date on communications technology to ensure that you keep up with the latest tools, technology, and digital platforms to provide the best methods for effective internal communication. Manage corporate emergency response communications. Develop crisis communication plans, and deliver timely updates and instructions to employees during challenging situations. REQUIREMENTS You are able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role. Degree in communication, marketing, or similar. Fluent English both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills. Project leader skills. Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment. Experience of working with senior leadership. Design skills. Competent IT skills. LOCATION Location is preferable at our Cuffley Office in the UK; however, we prioritise the right skill set and are therefore open to other locations in the countries we have offices in.
