Production Manager
to their team. This role would suit an experienced manager that understands metal forming (pressing, machining, rolling, fabrication, welding, etc.) and wants to have ownership / make a real difference. Responsibilities
Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers. Directly manage both team leaders and operators. Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance, etc.) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team. Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in a similar role. Suitable management qualification or experience. The ability to communicate well at all levels.
